Janata Campus Punarbas Punarbas Municipality 06 Tribhuwanbasti INVITATION FOR THE BIDS Date of Publication: 29th August 2024 (2081/05/13 B.S.) Janata Campus Punarbas invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the works mentioned below under National Competitive Bidding.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Janata Campus Punarbas, Email: janatacampuspunarwas@gmail.com or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Bidder must submit their bid electronically and may download/submit the bidding documents from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project’s Internal Revenue account as specified below, and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

Electronic bids must be submitted to Janata Campus Punarbas Tribhuwanbasti, through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on 28th September 2024 (2081/06/12 BS). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 pm on 27th September 2024 (2081/06/12 BS) at the office of Janata Campus PunarbasTribhuwanbasti. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format in case of e-bid, amounting mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
